Welcome to our Movement Portal

Teaching yoga, for us, is a shared journey rooted in connection, care, and growth. We create a warm, inclusive space where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. Through mindful movement and breath, we guide individuals toward greater awareness, balance, and inner strength, while nurturing a community where we inspire, uplift, and learn from one another. We offer Yoga classes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Anti Gravity, Acro, Prenatal and Post natal.

Alongside yoga, we integrate mudgar strength training to build functional strength, joint stability, and resilience in a safe and accessible way. Grounded in tradition yet adapted for modern lives, this practice supports overall well-being across every stage of life. Together, yoga and strength training become tools for cultivating not just physical health, but confidence, connection, and a more mindful way of living.

 

We also provide Mat Pilates sessions focusing on controlled, precise movements that strengthen the core, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and build balanced muscle strength at the same time gentle on the joints.

Regular Yoga Classes 

We offer yoga classes to all whether you are beginner, intermediate or advance. You get to practice with others, create an everlasting bond and inspire others with your peaceful practice and transformation. 

You get to experience Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga sessions. Also as per the requirement we do supplement the Yoga practice with Mudgar training.

Personal Classes 

If you are interested in a one-on-one or small, customized session designed around your unique needs, goals, and abilities. we help you in tailoring a class to suit your personal health conditions, lifestyle, pace, and level of experience.

We offer focused attention, correct alignment, and guided progression, making the practice safer and more effective.

Kids Yoga

At PranaForge, our Kids Yoga classes are designed to help children grow strong, confident, and calm—both on and off the mat. Through playful movement, storytelling, breathwork, and mindfulness, children learn to connect with their bodies while having fun in a safe, supportive environment.

Our classes focus on:

  • Building strength, balance, and flexibility in a natural, age-appropriate way

  • Improving focus and emotional awareness through simple breathing and relaxation techniques
