About Us
PranaForge is more than a studio—it’s a loving, supportive sanctuary. A place to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and evolve into your strongest, calmest, most authentic version.
Sandhya Kumari, the Founder, Lead Yoga & Fitness Instructor behind this beautiful community shaping Movement Sanctuary named "PranaForge". She has around 12,000 hrs of teaching experience. She believes in continuous learning under the guidance of Guru, currently she is learning from her Guru Vikas Shenoy. She is passionate about movement and believes in exploring all modalities of movement which took her into getting certified and teaching Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Functional Training to various age groups. She believes in building safe, inclusive and playful community by practicing and teaching Yoga and AcroYoga.
Team
We are proud and grateful to our qualified and energetic instructors in the field of AcroYoga, Anti Gravity Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Functional Fitness via use of the Indian Traditional Fitness Equipments like Mudgar, Gada, Samtola, Idumban, Irattai etc. which our Country's Armed Forces brave soldiers are also seen practicing with for functional strength and power. The team also have certified Sound Healers using Singing Bowls for therapeutic purposes and also for overall well being.
The team takes great pride in providing the services on time and also providing safety while practicing.
Our Story
Through years of working in the corporate world and walking alongside people from all walks of life, we discovered a shared truth—we all want to feel better, yet staying consistent often feels hard. Many begin with hope, only to stop weeks later, believing “this isn’t for me.” More often than not, it’s not a lack of effort, but a lack of resonance.
We created this space to change that—to move away from merely coping and toward living with strength, ease, and awareness. By offering choices that honor individual needs, we make movement playful, practice sustainable, and wellness deeply personal.
When it comes to physical fitness, one size never fits all.
Every body has different strengths, limitations, and levels of practice. By understanding these differences and integrating cues from other movement modalities such as calisthenics, weight training, functional fitness etc. —we create more personalized practices that deliver faster, safer, and more effective results.
Community lies at the heart of our journey. Together, we stay inspired, celebrate progress, and grow. From the joy and trust of AcroYoga, to the stillness of Pranayama and meditation, and the grounding strength of our ancient union of Yoga and Mudgar, we support the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
